The Director of BPO Services Product Management handles all departmental responsibilities for assigned BPO service offerings and assists with managing the department’s P and L. The position requires a deep understanding of payer claims operations, the future direction of the healthcare industry, and how TriZetto BPO services and products can meet market demands. The position is primarily focused on creating and enhancing the BPO service offerings to increase TriZetto’s services revenue and drive customer satisfaction.
Other responsibilities include managing Product Managers and supporting their Service Realization efforts, creation and execution of the department’s business plan, and supporting sales opportunities to ensure continued growth and profitability of BPO Services. Responsible for managing the product lines of all BPO Service offerings including revenue accountability and product roadmaps. Responsible for leading the department’s effort towards identifying new market opportunities, developing corresponding solution offerings, and growing the BPO Services business. Director position with potential Product Manager direct reports. Responsible for employee development, the success of employee BPO Service offerings, and coaching employees through their Service Realization efforts. Assist in driving and developing the annual BPO business plan, release strategy and enhancement packaging of BPO Service offerings. Responsible for ensuring proper commercialization of all BPO Service offerings including sales readiness, pricing strategy, and streamlining the contracting process. Frequently provide Sales organization direct support for sales transactions involving BPO services and oversee the BPO sales pipeline. Provide subject matter expertise on Healthcare Industry and TriZetto products utilized in BPO Service offerings. Collaborate with other Software and Service product management teams to ensure TriZetto’s products and services have integrated strategy and market offerings.
