Dispatcher jobs

Properly dispatcher fuel and lube orders under the guidelines given by the DC Manager. Communicate clearly with other departments to insure the best level of service is given to our customers. Reconcile monthly open sales orders for completion prior to month end. See that all orders assigned have been completed and are returned by the end of each shift. Communicate the timely and accurate product pull points to all drivers. Support drivers as needed while making deliveries. Reconcile all deliveries that were made using the reconciliation process in place.
Supervise driver’s routs to insure the highest level of production is being achieved under the supervision of the DC Manager. Monitor customer tanks to insure proper inventory levels are achieved. Any other tasks assigned by the DC Manager. Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain the on call schedule for service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information.
Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead times. Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information. Dispatch Service Technicians, one call at a time. Respond to all messages left overnight. Schedule and coordinate all demand service calls as calls are received. Create work orders for all service calls. Maintain the Dispatch Board and filing system. Order extended warranties Contact customers with a “Parts pending" status as parts are received for scheduling
Maintain the Maintenance Agreements, including billing, scheduling, database information, customer hard files and renewals. Help Service Manager with marketing issues as directed. Update customer files as information is received from installation. Type service contract proposals for new customers. Take payments from customers whether in person or over the phone including credit card payments. Prepare daily deposit to bank. Pull permits and call in inspection. Maintain construction book and keep permits current. Input service technicians’ time for payroll.
