A century of coffee roasting and brewing experience. State of the art coffee brewing equipment. Hands on training. Family owned and operated for four generations. Troubleshooting and repairing facility and manufacturing equipment. AC and DC motors, drivers and PLC's. Hydraulics, pneumatic, welding and fabrication. Inspect, calibrate, test and measure the functionality of instrumentation, including pressure and flow meters, electronic and pneumatic controllers, level indicators and controllers, pressure and temperature transmitters, switches and gauges, recorders, etc. Install, troubleshoot, and repair control panels and components, motor circuits, building and lighting circuits, and control circuits.
Work from technical manuals, schematics, drawings, sketches, SOPs, written and verbal instructions. Working knowledge of electrical drawings, troubleshooting and repair at a level obtained through years of experience as an Electrician in an industrial plant. Investigate and resolve electrical maintenance problems. Work with other functions throughout the organization. Troubleshooting experience to include Motor and power control circuits. Perform preventative maintenance on electrical and electronic systems of the production equipment and physical plant. Provide electrical and or electronic expertise to managers, supervisors and other employees as needed. Collect equipment operation and history data to facilitate reliability improvements. Good communication skills. Must be willing to carry a pager that coincides with existing coverage. Install new or replacement electrical equipment, components, or systems as required by Work Order or Management direction. Maintain equipment, including but not limited to cleaning, calibration, and or resisting. Troubleshooting of electrical systems, component elements, PLC systems, equipment in manufacturing environment or complex as a whole. Maintenance of electrical equipment files, recommendations for specifications for new or replacement elements or equipment. Maintaining awareness of electrical code requirements. Must comply with all pertinence regulations including, but not limited to safety, environmental, operations, housekeeping, secure.
