Fraud Analyst job

These individuals will be the beginning of a great new fraud detection center. They will analyze client accounts and transactions to detect potential fraud situations and identify fraud trends and patterns. Handle inbound and outbound calls to verify transactions and take appropriate action. Be able to identify possible risks and make decisions based on your findings with minimal supervision. Communicate to management any complex and unique situations that needs immediate attention. Be apart of the team in making recommendations or improvements to the department regarding workflow or production. Participate in projects.
Strong analytical skills required, Excellent problem solving abilities required, Call Center or Customer Service Experience, The cooperative spirit of a team player, Self Motivated, minimal supervision required, credit card product knowledge and experience preferred, FDR Systems knowledge a plus, The commitment to maintaining professionalism under stressful conditions, Prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a high production environment, Ability to navigate in a Windows environment and through different systems quickly. In this evaluation, consultant will need strong SAS skills as well as very acute analytical skills. Highly preferred is a financial background working with transaction data. Experience working with risk management, fraud policies, strategies and fraud analytics. Strong Knowledge of FDR or Falcon strategy. Knowledge of TSYS and AFS Account Management systems and transactional payment processes. BA or BS in statistical or economics and or business field, or equivalent experience.
