Ideal candidate will have one year front desk experience, and is responsible for maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times and welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner and on the phone.
Candidate must demonstrate a sense of team work to help maintain the hotel's Lighthouse Brand status for being in the top of over Hampton Inn’s nationwide for outstanding customer service and business performance. The ideal Sales Manager is an active participant in the process of implementing the sales plan to achieve the room revenue goals from both new and existing accounts. This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Sales plans to achieve these goals on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis for their segment and then successfully implement the agreed to strategies.
The Sales Manager must be industry knowledgeable, must demonstrate dynamic direct involvement with customers, demonstrate a proven ability to develop and promote the hotel, posses a strong understanding of the financial dynamic, must be aware of technological advances in the industry and excellent relationship building and persuasive skills. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing sales opportunities and securing business for catering and group rooms. The Sales Manager identifies potential business opportunities, pursues leads, books business and maintains client relationships. Potential candidates must have experience with hotel sales operations, prior supervisory experience is preferred.
The Sales Coordinator provides administrative support for the sales staff by performing a variety of support tasks conducive to the operation of the sales office. Potential candidates must have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Hotel, Resort positions include General Manager, Food and Beverage, Executive Chef, Banquet Manager, Banquet Chef, Director of Housekeeping, Front Office Manager. Manage all of the day to day sales marketing, hiring, training, mentoring, counseling, coordination, and duties necessary to successfully run the hotel, Develop, recommend, implement, and manage the hotel's annual budget and long term business plan, sales and marketing.
