This position is responsible for customer conversion, retention and education of our flagship product. Account Managers will work with internal departments to assist our customers with their business needs while maintaining on going relationships with assigned accounts.
Ideal candidates must possess excellent customer service skills and maintain a professional, positive attitude while dealing with complex customer issues. Responsible for maintaining monthly new sale conversion. Responsible for maintaining monthly customer transfer. Enter, manage and resolve issues entered into Incident Form. Consistently make sound decisions while always protecting the interests of the company. Demonstrate a positive attitude while proactively handling client issues in a team oriented environment. Strive to maintain positive internal and external customer service relationships. Demonstrate effective leadership skills. Demonstrate effective communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions when clarification is needed.
Ability to plan and organize work effectively to ensure its completion. Report red flag issues to supervisor and document all follow up in the Incident Form. Complete new account setup per protocol and have client processing payroll days from the date of coverage bound. Review all documents, notes and correspondence to assure setup follows established protocol. Facilitate client understanding of payroll procedures. Evaluate the effectiveness and outcome of processes and procedures, offering recommendations as necessary. Plan for the customer’s transfer to permanent processing team. Demonstrate a high degree of salesmanship when explaining the Solution One product.
