Responsibilities include setting up scaffolds and ladders, painting with brush, roller or spray, mixing colors to match existing color schemes, setting up work schedules and ordering equipment and material according to work priorities and perform other related duties as assigned. The Lead Painter must also be capable of performing the work of all lower grades and be familiar with Texturing, Pressurized air paint gun, Epoxy painting, Joint compound work, Polyurethane painting.

The successful candidate will be experienced in spray painting such as automobile painting. We have a large backlog of work and overtime is likely to be available. Exterior painting, Stucco, Railings, Awnings, window frames, etc. Must have previous professional experience in residential exterior painting. He person in this position must be able to communicate in a professional manner. Projects may involve physically moving equipment. The right candidates will have no problem in performing these job requirements.
They should be able to provide their own hand tools, a clean DMV record, a clean Background and be able to pass a Drug Screen.
