Rail Engineer job

Have a few years of Ruby on Rails development experience, and think it’s pretty sweet, including all the parts about writing unit or functional or integration or etc. tests for your code. Know your way around a relational database and speak enough SQL to be able to construct relatively complex queries and optimize and debug them where necessary. Have a good bit of JavaScript knowledge and experience. Asynchronous communication and callbacks. Know at least enough CSS to be dangerous, but more importantly, when and how to use it properly in a larger scale application
Familiarity with Amazon Web Services infrastructure and the practical application thereof in multi tier application architecture. Knowing what HAML or SASS is, especially if you’ve used them in a Rails project before. Have a keen eye and knack for web application interface design and implementation, including knowing your way around Photoshop or similar tools enough to crank out a few placeholder buttons or other graphical assets that look half decent in a pinch. Being familiar with RSpec, test or spec, should a, or similar testing frameworks.
