You should have at least one year of sales or retail experience. Because this is a Draw or commission based position, viable candidates will need to be able to succeed in a competitive environment where goals play a pivotal role every day. Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers. Maintain strong knowledge base of all New Acura models. Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources. Work with Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met.
